  • Dr. darren wallace

    Director of missions

    Dr. Wallace has served as Moderator of the Muskogee Baptist Association and Chairman of the Finance Team.  He has served in several churches in NE OK, SE OK, and North Texas as Senior Pastor, Associate Pastor, and Youth/Music Minister.  

    We are excited by the number of ministries our association implements to reach the community with the gospel and to meet both physical and spiritual needs.  It is also very encouraging to see the involvement of the new Hispanic ministry coming on board.

    He is married to his wife Nikki of 32 years, and they have eight children.

      

  • NIKKI WALLACE

    ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

    Nikki has served as the Administrative Assistant and Office Manager for several offices (both secular and Christian).   She was the lead pianist at EHBC, and is Dr. Wallace's wife and the mother of their eight children.

    Nikki served as an Optometric Technician in southeastern Oklahoma, is currently a certified ASL Interpreter-Transliterator, and leads the signing team for the Singing ChurchWomen of Oklahoma. She enjoys serving in the music ministry, technology, desktop publishing, and business/accounting.

    Her goal at the MBA office is to help meet the needs of the pastors, their wives and families, and the churches in the Muskogee Baptist Association.

  • ROWDY MORRIS

    BCM DIRECTOR

    Rowdy is originally from Arkansas. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Zoology from the University of Arkansas. He is also a Graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where he received his MDiv with a Concentration in Education. Before entering the ministry, he worked in the secular world for twenty years. He also served two years as the Singles and College Ministry Minister at the FBC in Grove, OK. He served one year as the BCM Director at Northeastern A&M College in Miami, OK. At the end of his first year, he moved to Muskogee, OK, and is starting his 13th year working as the BCM Director of Bacone College, Northeastern State University Muskogee, Connors State College Port Campus, and Connors State College Warner Campus. In addition to working as the Muskogee Area BCM Director, he is active in missions and is an avid cyclist.

  • GLEN LITTLE

    CUSTODIAN

    Glen is the pastor of oldham Memorial Baptist CHurch in Muskogee.  He and his wife, susie, serve the MBA in many important ways.


  • PASTOR ALEXANDER MONTERO & LASTENIA

    Bro. Alexander began pastoring a brand new Hispanic church plant at 2207 Lawrence Street in Muskogee in Sept. of 2022.  He and his wife Lastenia have a growing ministry to both Anglos and Hispanics both through preaching, the Free Baptist Health Clinic, and ESL classes.
