Norm has been serving as the Director Of Missions for the Muskogee Baptist Association since May of 2017. He's been married to Karen for 39 years and they have two grown married children and two granddaughters. He has a diverse background in church ministry spanning over the past 39 years. He has been pastoring for 21 of those years and serving in mission work for 18 years. Norm and Karen served 8 years as church planting missionaries to an unreached people group in Papua New Guinea.
Norm was a mission trainer for the Missouri Baptist Convention and the North American Mission Board for five years. He has traveled to over 30 countries on mission trips to help train and equip pastors in evangelism and church planting.
Norm has a B.A. Degree in Bible and Biblical Languages from Southwest Baptist University, a B.A. Degree in Intercultural Ministries from New Tribes Mission, and a Masters Degree from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary.
